The Turnaround:
Our operating partner stabilized leadership, invested in staff training and retention, upgraded key resident-facing amenities, and rebuilt trust with families and referral sources. Within 18 months, occupancy climbed to 91% and the property refinanced to return investor capital.
The Result:
Investors received their initial capital back within 12 months through the refinance. The property is now a stable, well-regarded community generating strong cash flow
